Commissioned to write episode 8, ‘The Sisters of Aeschylus’ in series 12 of Father Brown, as a result of taking part in the BBC Studios Cosy Crime Writers Residential Course in 2023.

SELECTED THEATREMAKING
Stag King is an OHP performance lecture / drag show featuring the Ancient Celtic god of the hunt. The Stag King is a disembodied vibrational being who manifests through the medium of drag. Audiences leave feeling ‘mesmerised’. Developed with support from Haley McGee, Shut Up and King, and supported by The Rosemary Branch Theatre and Camden People’s Theatre.

One of a group of performers engaged to present Ketty La Rocca’s silent performance piece ‘In the beginning was the word.’ A game for 10 performers, challenged to create a spontaneous method of non-linguistic communication. Presented by Amanda Wilkinson Gallery and Performance Exchange as part of FRIEZE London.
Ishmael Gaze featured digitally as an international drag artist in a live bill hosted by Sasha Velour, featuring Jasmine Rice LaBeija, Justin Vivian Bond and The Illustrious Pearl in a ‘celebra[tion] of intersectional queerness.’
Commissioned to deliver my concept for the brief “an interactive family event that can take place in 4x6” shed.” Self Help Guide for Grown Ups was a pop-up publishing house established to circulate a new wave of self help books authored by a younger generation.

Engaged alongside other artists to assist planning and leading workshops for secondary school students to devise their own piece of theatre in response to Trouble in Butetown by Diana Nneka Atuona, as part of the Donmar’s Take to the Stage programme.
